How do I know the right plan for me?
Our free and Team plans are ideal for small groups seeking one solution, such as our Team plan with up to 15 data sources and enhanced customer data analysis. However, if all solutions are needed, then DataBillity’s Business or Enterprise plans might more sense. The Business plan includes access to all core features from the other plans as well as Sync. If your organization requires organization-wide data and commerce enablement, our Enterprise plan can be customized to meet your needs.
Do we need specific or advanced technical expertise or professional support to deploy DataBillity?
We offer a variety of support channels, including a support site with a growing library of documentation, feature requests and eventually walkthrough videos. We also provide email support during normal business hours (8am - 5pm, PT on Monday - Friday to provide white glove support. Higher tier plans have access to to scheduled phone support.
What if I need more users on my account?
That’s an easy ask! Once you subscribe to a plan, you can add more users with varied permissions, add-on features, tiered plans for volume consideration, and more! Connect with our sales team as the ideal resource to determine the most suitable plan for your business.
